These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Super Spotless Detailing website and the mobile detailing services we provide in Orlando, Florida. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide mobile auto detailing services at the location and time agreed with you. You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, legal access to the vehicle and an appropriate location to perform the work (water and power may be required depending on the service).
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We will inform you of any pre-existing damage we notice before beginning work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Spotless Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
